首先，该程序没有运行，判断是服务器端的 shiny-server 没有运行
其次，参考：https://docs.rstudio.com/shiny-server/#systemd-redhat-7-ubuntu-15.04-sles-12 提示，腾讯云服务器的操作系统是 Ubuntu16.04LTS ，因此要用 systemd 来管理应用服务器程序，对 shiny-server 重启，输入以下命令

$ sudo systemctl restart shiny-server
# 启动
$ sudo systemctl start shiny-server
# 关闭
$ sudo systemctl stop shiny-server之后 stminsights 就运行成功了!
